ONC Air provides professional HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) services to residential and commercial clients in South Florida, including but not limited to:
Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client or location at our discretion.
Service appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or via email. All appointments are subject to technician availability and will be confirmed by our scheduling team.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75.
We provide estimated arrival windows for scheduled appointments. While we strive to arrive within the scheduled timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you if significant delays are anticipated.
Pricing for services is provided upon inspection and approval. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Emergency service calls may incur additional fees.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, checks, and approved financing options. For commercial accounts, net-30 payment terms may be available with approved credit.
Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate) or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less.
We guarantee our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion. If you experience issues with our work during this period, we will return to address the problem at no additional charge.
Parts installed by ONC Air are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods vary by manufacturer and part type. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims when applicable.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, improper installation by others, or failure to maintain equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONC Air shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ONC Air, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Broward County, Florida.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We offer 24/7 emergency HVAC services. Emergency service fees apply and will be disclosed at the time of scheduling. Emergency services are prioritized based on severity and safety concerns. We make every effort to respond promptly but cannot guarantee specific response times due to factors beyond our control.
ONC Air maintains appropriate liability insurance and all required state and local licenses for HVAC services. Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
